Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Mombasa /Diani to Tsavo East
Start the trip very early morning at around 5:00 am by pick up from your hotel in Mombasa/ Diani by our expert safari guide. Drive to Tsavo East National Park, passing through rural Kenya as the sun rises, local villages and farmlands.
Arrive early at the park’’8:30am’’ and head for your first game drive en-route to the lodge. The park is known for its large herds of elephants, lions and diverse birdlife.
After, drive to the lodge and check in, relax and freshen up. Have lunch with panoramic views of the park and nearby waterholes attracting wildlife.
3:30 PM: Go for afternoon game drive. Explore the expansive park and adventure wildlife species like zebras, giraffes and various antelopes’ species. Retune in the evening at the lodge to relax. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park
Go for game drive in Tsavo East at around 6:00am. Early morning hours is the best time to see predators and others wildlife at their most active.
Return to the lodge for breakfast at 8:30am. After, check out and depart for Tsavo West National Park estimating 2-hour drive.
Arrive at Tsavo West ‘’11:30am’’and have a brief game drive en -route to your lodge. After, drive back to the lodge and have lunch at the lodge with thrilling views of the park’s landscapes.
At 3:30pm, go for afternoon game drive in Tsavo West. Visit Mzima Springs to see hippos and crocodiles as well as exploring the Shetani Lava flow. Return back to the lodge in the evening and enjoy your evening at leisure with a sundowner drink overlooking the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Game drive in Tsavo West /Depart to Mombasa – Diani
On your last day, you will have an early morning game drive at round 6:00am. Best time to see predators and other wildlife active before the heat of the day.
Return to the lodge for breakfast at 8:30am. Then after, check out and visit the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary to learn about the conservation effort for the endangered black rhino.
11:00am: You will depart Tsavo West and start the drive back to Mombasa /Diani.
Stop for lunch at a local restaurant along the way ‘’basing on time’’
Proceed the drive to Mombasa /Diani and upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or to any place of advice.
End of the 3 Days Best of Tsavo East & Tsavo West Safari.
