Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
On day 1 of the 3 days Uganda Gorilla Safari from Kigali, upon your arrival at Kigali Airport, you will be picked up by an expert driver guide who and brief you about the safari. You then start the journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park passing through the Cyanika border in Kisoro. On the way, you will enjoy great views of rolling hills in Rwanda, terraced farmlands, and beautiful scenery among others. Upon arrival in the park, you will check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Buhoma Community Camp – budget, Buhoma Haven Lodge – Mid-range accommodation.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable national park and departure to Kigali
After an early breakfast on your 3 days Uganda Gorilla Safari from Kigali you will check out of the lodge with your packed lunch boxes from the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to drive you to the park headquarters for a briefing about the gorilla trekking rules and regulations. After the briefing, you will start trekking in the park forest trail heads which takes about 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on where the gorillas are located because they like to move from one place to search for food. During trekking, you will be able to view other primate species, different plant species, birds many more. On finding, the mountain gorillas you will be allowed to spend one hour with them in their natural environment which gives you a great opportunity to watch their habits, and behaviors, watch gorillas feed, breastfeed, groom young ones, take photos, and record the breathtaking moments.
After the one-hour gorilla encounter with the gentle giants, you will walk back to the park headquarters where you will be rewarded a certificate for participating in gorilla trekking and then meet up with your driver guide and transfer you back to Kigali. Upon arrival, you will be dropped at your booked hotel in Kigali for dinner and overnight stay at Des Mille Collines –Mid-range, Step town hotel –Budget

Day 3: Fly to Arusha ”own flight bookings”
After a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, the hotel representative will drop you up at the Kigali International Airport to fly to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival at the Airport, you will be welcomed by our Tanzania guide to drive you to Ngorongoro Crater.
