Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Kigali and Drive to Kibale Forest National Park
Start your 4 Days Uganda Express Gorilla and Chimpanzee Safari from Kigali with pick up from your hotel or upon arrival by our professional driver guide. Upon your pick up, the guide will brief you about the safari and then set off to Kibale, driving through the beautiful landscapes and hills of Rwanda before you cross through the Katuna border. You will have to stop at the border for immigration for visa checking. After, you will drive for two hours and stop in Mbarara town for en-route lunch. Arrive at the park late afternoon, check into the lodge rest as you get ready for the next activity. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You will wake up early, have morning breakfast, pack up your bags and drive to Kanyanchu Visitors Information Center for a short briefing about chimpanzee tracking rules. After the briefing, you will be grouped into small groups and allocated a guide who will take you to and from the forest. After the activity, enjoy your packed lunch from the lodge and then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
On day three of the 4 Days Uganda Express Gorilla and Chimpanzee Safari from Kigali, enjoy a relaxed morning breakfast at 6:30 am and after be driven to the park headquarters at 7:30 am to join other tourists for a general briefing. After the briefing, you will be grouped into small groups of 8 people per group. You will be accompanied by a ranger guide who will take you to and from forest trails searching for the gorillas. Once they found, you will be allowed 1 hour stay with them as you observe their sweat behaviors, habit, play, feed, enjoy photo taking and video capturing. You will then, hike back to the meeting Centre to be rewarded with your gorilla trekking certificate and go meet your driver guide to drive you back to your comfort accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer back to Kigali
You will have a morning breakfast and drive back to Kigali through the Katuna border for drop-off. Upon arrival to Kigali, you will be dropped off to Kigali International Airport for your onward flight back to your home country or to any place of your convenience.
