Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Depending on your location in Arusha, our safari driver-guide will pick you up and brief you about the safari. Then, embark on an unforgettable safari to Serengeti National Park, departing from Arusha or the Airport. The route takes you along the scenic rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Continue a drive to Serengeti, known as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.
Upon arrival, you will have the chance to marvel at the iconic views of the Serengeti Kopjes while savoring a delicious picnic lunch in the midst of the park. Following this, our journey will resume into the Serengeti for an exhilarating game drive. Once the game drive is done, make way to the camp for a night’s stay.

Day 2: Serengeti Np to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, followed by an early drive in the Serengeti to witness wildlife, before enjoying lunch in the park. Continue to Ngorongoro Conservation area, which stands for its diverse ecosystem featuring animals like lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, zebras, among others.
The landscape boasts lush greenery alongside desert plant species. You will drive to the crater rim and stay overnight.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll descend into the immense, unbroken caldera formed millions of years ago. Then, head on a game drive with a picnic lunch inside. The elevated structured encounter range of animals to stay within, offering a great opportunity of spotting the ‘’Big five’’ -buffalo, lion, rhino, elephant, and leopard. Expecting to see other animals like zebras, hippo, wildebeest, hyena, and an array of birdlife, including flamingos, vultures, geese, and storks. Later, you will be driven back to Arusha in preparation for your Kilimanjaro trek the following day. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Arusha to Mountain Kilimanjaro
Start your last day of the trip to Materuni village, you will be escorted by your driver and a local guide for a day trek. Proceed to Materuni waterfalls, located at an elevation of 2,500 meters. Nested at the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, the waterfall provides iconic views of the mountain, weather permitting. Then, back to Materuni village for a coffee tour and a delicious lunch. You will engage with a local guide who will walk you through the coffee-making process, and this will mark the end of the 4 Days Serengeti and Mount Kilimanjaro Hiking Tour.
