1 Day Jinja Source of the Nile Tour
1 day Jinja source of the Nile tour is one of the shortest trips where a traveler won’t spend more than a day exploring the source of the Nile. Your trip to Jinja will take you to one of the most adventurous parts of Uganda where you will engage in activities such as visiting the source of the Nile, a boat cruise along with the source of the Nile, visiting the Mahatma Gandhi memorial site, visiting craft shops. Your trip itinerary to Jinja is as follows;
- Pick Up: You will start your trip with a pick up by your guide who will meet you at your location in Kampala. Your guide will welcome you and brief you about your trip to the source of the Nile.
- Mabira Forest Experience: After the briefing, you will be driven to Jinja. During the drive to Jinja, you will stopover at the Mabira forest where you will have different activities such as zip-lining, nature walks, and bird watching.
- Source of the Nile Tour: After the Mabira experience, you will proceed to the source of the Nile in Jinja where you will visit the craft shops and see the beauty of African craftwork and art.
