Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park– Afternoon boat cruise
Depending on your location on the first day of the 2 Days Murchison Falls Holiday Tour you will be picked up by our company representative driver guide very early in the morning who will brief you about the safari and then transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. On the way you will enjoy amazing views of the countryside, and beautiful scenery among others. Upon arrival in the park you will check into the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will head for an interesting boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will be able to watch large herds of hippos in water, crocodiles basking on the banks, view elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes along the shores and water birds like cormorants, bee-eaters, kingfishers, fish eagles, hornbills among others. After the boat ride you will drive to the top of the falls where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful waterfall, enjoy water splashes and others. After the top of the falls, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Parkside safari lodge-budget.

Day 2: Morning game drive and departure
After an early breakfast on the second day of the 2 Days Murchison Falls Holiday Tour you will check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to drive you for a morning game drive in the park. During the game drive you will be able to enjoy gainful views of the beautiful sunrise, animals like buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, leopards, hyenas, variety of bird species among others.
After the game drive you will drive out of the park and start the journey back to Mityana. On the way you will have en-route lunch and then continue to drive back . Upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at any place of advice.
