Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Fly from Entebbe airport and transfer to Kihihi airstrip
Upon arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be welcomed by our expert driver guide who will connect you to your domestic flight ‘’Aero link Uganda’’ to fly you to Kihihi airstrip. There are various scheduled flights to Bwindi impenetrable national park which depart at 7:00am, 10:15am and 12:00am. Upon arrival at Kihihi airstrip you will meet up by safari drive guide waiting to transfer you to your booked accommodation for refreshment and lunch.
After lunch. you will spend the rest of the day at leisure. Or opt to visit the Batwa cultural centre. Dinner and overnight stay Buhoma Haven Lodge/Four Gorilla Lodge –Midrange, Mahogany Springs Lodge – Luxury

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After an early breakfast, carry your packed lunch boxes from the lodge and then meet up with your driver guide to transfer you to the meeting point for a gorilla trekking briefing about rules, registration and expectations. After the briefing, you will start trekking in the jungle.
The trekking can last about 30 minutes to 7 hours, depending on their location in jungle while looking for food. During trekking experience, expect to have a high chance to see other small primates, animals, birds, different plant and tree species among others.
On locating the great mountain gorillas, you will be allowed to spend an hour with them in their natural environment. You will be able to observe their habits, lifestyle, behaviors, watch them feed, play, breastfeed, build their nest on the ground as well as recording videos to show people back home after the safari.
After a memorable encounter with the mountain gorillas, you will trek back to the starting point where you will be awarded a certificate for participating in gorilla trekking. After, go meet up with your driver guide to drive you back to your lodge (option of Batwa Cultural tour) for relaxation, delicatable dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 3: Departure flight to Entebbe
On the last day of your 3days’ fly in gorilla trekking safari you will enjoy your breakfast at the lodge, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip for your domestic flight back to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight.
