3 Days Lake Mburo Adventure

3 days lake Mburo Adventure discovering the Ugandan smallest national park rich with wildlife. Lake Mburo national park is located in Kiruhura just a few kilometers to Mbarara Town. Our Lake Mburo Adventure takes you deep in the virgin pure land of Lake Mburo national park which is a home of over 68 mammals, over 360 bird species and other attractions. Its one of the easiest national parks to visit in Uganda and its managed by Uganda Wildlife Authority.

Day 1: Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park
Day 2: Morning Game drive and Afternoon boat cruise
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala

Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park

Transfer to Kampala: After your morning breakfast in Kampala or Entebbe, our driver-guide will meet you and brief you on our forthcoming 3 Days Lake Mburo Adventure. After the briefing, you will start your drive to the Western part of Uganda.
Equator Experience: You will have brief stop at the Equator for pictures before we continue to our lodge for lunch and some rest. In the evening go for the game drive to search for wildlife in the open savannahs of the park. The common residents are Zebras, topis, Kobs, Antelopes, giraffes, lions, leopards, Hippos and many more.
Check-in: Return back to our lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game drive and Afternoon Boat cruise

Morning Game Drive: Wake up early for our breakfast before we go to catch up with early risers at the bush. We go search for more wildlife which we might have missed more in the previous days. The animals to view include Bushbuck, zebras, bush pigs, Impalas, warthogs, buffalo and many more.
Boat Cruise: In the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise at the Lake for more wildlife and other birds like African finfoot and others.
Horseback Riding or Cycling (Optional): After two hours of the boat, we can have optional mountain bike or horseback ride. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala

Morning Game Drive: Depending on your flight itinerary, we can have an early morning game drive on a horse or Mountain bike before we drive back to Kampala.
