Day 1; pick up and transfer to Bwindi

pick up and transfer to Bwindi: Your guide will pick you up from the airport or your location in Entebbe and you will be briefed about tour safari. After you have been briefed, you will start your journey to Bwindi national park. you will have a stopover at the equator where you will enjoy photography moments and relax following your drive from Entebbe. You will also have your lunch from the equator and after lunch, you will proceed to Bwindi impenetrable national park where you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight at Buhoma haven lodge.

Day 2; Gorilla trekking and transfer to queen Elizabeth national park

Gorilla trekking and transfer to queen: After morning breakfast and checking out of your lodge, your guide will drive you to the park headquarters to start your gorilla trekking experience. You will be briefed by the park officials who will inform you about the do’s and don’ts of gorilla trekking and provide all the necessary information about the gorilla trekking activity.
You will proceed into the Bwindi forest in search of the gorillas. You will follow different trails and during your gorilla trekking activity, you will also enjoy seeing different bird species. You will return to the briefing point where your guide will be waiting to drive you to queen Elizabeth national park via the ishasha sector. As you drive through the ishasha sector, you will see the tree climbing lions and other wildlife species in the savannah plains of the national park as you proceed to your lodge where you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight at Pumba safari cottages.

Day 3; transfer to kibale national park and chimpanzee tracking

transfer to kibale: On the 3rd day of your safari, you will have breakfast at your lodge and check out of the lodge. You will proceed to Kibale national park where you will check in at your lodge and have your lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will have a chimpanzee tracking experience where you will adventure into Kibale forest in search of the chimpanzees which you will see swinging around tree branches. You will also see various primate species in the forest such as black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys, L’hoest monkeys, mangabeys, olive baboons among others. A variety of bird and butterfly species can also be spotted in Kibale forest during chimpanzee tracking. After chimpanzee tracking, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Chimpanzee guest house.

Day 4; transfer to Zziwa rhino sanctuary

transfer to Zziwa rhino: You will have breakfast at your lodge and then check out of the lodge. after checking out of the lodge, your guide will drive you to Zziwa rhino sanctuary where you will enjoy an experience of seeing the endangered rhino species which are part of the big five animals that also include lions, elephants, buffalos and leopards. You will have lunch at the sanctuary and after lunch, you will proceed for briefing about the rhino experience. After the briefing, you will proceed on foot to spend time with the rhinos at a close and safe distance as you get to know more about the rhinos and watch them as they feed. The shoebill stork can also be seen during a visit to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. After your rhino experience, you will continue to your lodge where you will enjoy your dinner and spend the night at Zziwa rhino guest house.

Day 5; transfer to Entebbe

Transfer to Entebbe: After breakfast at your lodge, you will check out of your lodge and your guide will drive you to your preferred location in Entebbe which will mark the end of your safari.
