Kabwoya wildlife reserve is situated in a distance of 240 kilometers from Kampala, 150 kilometers from Murchison falls national park and 200 kilometers from Kibale forest national park. This reserve is much accessed from various points, from Kampala Kabwoya wildlife reserve is accessed using Busunju – Kiboga route which is a drive of 4 hours and from Kibale forest national park it is accessed using Kagadi-Hoima route which is a drive of approximately 5-6 hours.
