Wildlife in Murchison falls national park

Murchison Falls National Park is home to various wildlife species which can be seen during tours across its vas savannah plains.

The national park is the oldest and largest wildlife viewing destination located in the north western part of Uganda. Murchison Falls National Park is home to four of the big five wildlife species and the strongest waterfalls.

Over 76 mammal species can be seen during tours among Murchison falls national park and about 451 bird species. Queen Elizabeth national park is the second largest national park in Uganda which is home to a variety of wildlife species.
