Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is an excellent safari accommodation that was set up to accommodate visitors on their long stay on safari. It is located within Serengeti National Park amidst of acacia trees in Kyabatoro hills, northwest of Seronera. Serena is a mid-range type of accommodation owned and administered by the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development.

Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge offers stunning designed accommodation facilities with 65 guest rooms and one suite housed in clusters of traditional domed rondels, these rooms cluster around a perfect infinity pool.
The rooms were built on a hill while using traditional stone and thatched architecture with private balconies on each room, each of the rooms is harmoniously decorated with bright colored fabrics and Makonde carving on walls and private entrance. Each room were designed with quality amenities such as spacious bathrooms with natural stone en-suite bathrooms, hand–made wood furniture,24-hour room services, and 24-hour wireless internet.

Dining /Restaurant
Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge’s restaurant and dining is a spacious establishment with a two-tier dining room which are supported by massive papyrus-topped pillars, dining rooms are connected by shaded walkways and clustered around the central circular barbecue arena and feature traditional Makonde carving décor.
The restaurants have a private terrace thus offering spectacular views of Serengeti plains. It also serves a nice breakfast and lunch presented in buffet style with a wide range of international choices English and European options. More so, the dinner menus feature a salad buffet, soup, entrée, pudding, cheese, biscuits, and tea, depending on your diet choices vegetarian options are available.

Bush Lunch
Bush lunch is an excellently set lunch in the savannah grassland of Serengeti plains under acacia trees, bush lunch is very adventurous filled with natural ambiance and cool breeze. During your stay here, you will enjoy a standard four-course menu with active grilling of meat is served including salads, soup, dessert –sweets, and tropical fruits and beverages offered at a cash from the bar.
The bush lunch in Serengeti takes place in beautiful spots of Serengeti plans and at a bush dinner site at the high hill spot overlooking the migration corridor. Dinner is served at around 6:00 pm a perfect time with the setting sun. Bush dinner starts with a short game drive to the hilltop and also features a campfire, lanterns, and bush kitchen, and traditional marimba music is played to keep you entertained.
