This 1 Day Wild Nairobi Expedition Safari gives you a glimpse of Nairobi’s main attraction. While on the day safari tour, you will enjoy an early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park. You will be able to learn about the conservation work of the Giraffe Center and David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and also get to interact with the wild in the estimate of a city.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Nairobi National Park
On your 1 Day trip to Nairobi National Park, you will be picked up at your hotel or at the airport very early at 5:30 am. Then, drive to Nairobi National Park, a drive which takes 30 minutes. Upon arrival, you will take 3 to 4 hours of exciting safari through the park.
This park is more rewarding for its numerous black and white rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, and zebras as well as countless species of wild birds.
Thereafter, you will exit the park at around 10:30 am to be able to arrive at a perfect time for Elephant Orphanage which strictly opens its doors at 11:00 am. You requested to book 2 days in advance to enable us to reserve a space for you at the Elephant Orphanage.
During your visitation at the Elephant Orphanage, you will be able to watch orphaned elephants mud bath in action and take a walk around the stables that they sleep in at night for protection. Then after, head for lunch where you will pay directly. Later, you will continue to the Giraffe Centre in the afternoon which is home to Rothschild’s giraffes.
Your 1 Day Wild Nairobi Expedition Safari will end by visiting the Karen Blixen Museum.
