Detailed Itinerary
Day 1. Pick up and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Kampala to Kibale Forest National Park: You will be picked up from your location in Kampala/ Entebbe by our company representative who will be your safari driver/ guide throughout this 21 Days Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar Safari, especially the Ugandan part. You will be briefed about your safari as you embark on a drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Kibale Forest National Park is known as capital of primates in Uganda and entirely East Africa, which boasts with over 13 primate species including Chimpanzees. On your way to Kibale Forest National park, you will have an en-route lunch in Mubende. Arrive at the park in the evening you will check into your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2. Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Nature Walk
On day 2 of the 21 Days Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar Safari, Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale and Bigodi nature walk: Wake up very early for breakfast and then drive to the park for a chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale forest. Before heading on the Chimpanzee tracking, you will undergo a briefing session in which rules and regulations to follow on this experience will be read to you.
Then you will walk into the forests in search of chimpanzees, as you walk through the forests you will enjoy sights of birds and other primates living in the forests of Kibale. On finding the gorillas you will be excited by the beautiful chimpanzees playing on top of the trees, picking fruits many others. After the activity, you will trek back to the park headquarters then head to your lodge for lunch,
Later after lunch, go for an afternoon guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary one of the best birding views and primates. Return to your lodge later on for dinner and overnight sleep as above.

Day 3. Visit Crater Lakes and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Kibale Forest National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park: After enjoying your breakfast early in the morning, check out of the lodge and set off on the journey from Kibale Forest National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an en-route visit to the crater lakes. After exploring the crater lakes, enjoy an enroute lunch and continue with your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park home to over 95 mammals and more than 600 bird species among others. You will participate in a game drive and boat cruise. Queen Elizabeth National Park also harbors the largest population of Hippos seen along the Kazinga channel during the boat cruise. Upon arrival, you will check in your lodge, have dinner, and overnight sleep.

Day 4. Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise in Queen
Game drive and Boat cruise: You will wake up have breakfast as you prepare for a morning Lion tracking experience/ morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. While driving in this savanna part of Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will explore plenty of fauna and flora species including mammals such as Lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, impala, and waterbucks among others. After the lion tracking experience/ morning game drive, return to your lodge for lunch and head on an afternoon Kazinga channel boat cruise to watch Hippos, crocodiles, water birds and many more. Later on, you will return to your lodge for dinner and night rest as above.

Day 5. Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park via the Ishasha sector
Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park: You will have morning breakfast, followed by checkout of your lodge, and start your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable forest national park is renowned as home with the half remaining population of these endangered mountain gorillas in the world. These endangered mountain gorillas can be watched in their habituated gorilla families/groups which are stipulated in four gorilla sectors; Buhoma sector, Ruhija sector, Nkuringo sector and Rushaga sector.
On your visit you can trek in one of the fifteen habituated Gorilla groups and experience a magical activity as you get up close and personal with Uganda’s very own great apes “Mountain Gorilla in the Mist”. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park lies in the south-western side of Uganda and is renowned as the top primitive safari destination in the entire world. On your way to Bwindi, you will drive through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will have a gainful sight-seeing of unique tree climbing lions as they hang on tree branches of acacia and then enjoy picnic lunch and finally exit Queen Elizabeth National park for Bwindi impenetrable national park. Arrive late in the evening at the park and continue to check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 6. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable national park: Wake up early in the morning and drive to the park’s headquarters for registration and briefing experience. Once at the park’s headquarters dos and don’ts on this experience will be read to you by a ranger.
At the headquarters you will also be assigned to a gorilla family to trek and hire a porter to assist you, with your packed lunch you will head into the forests to look out for mountain gorillas. Looking for mountain gorillas takes about 2-7 hours and on finding them you are allowed to stay in the presence of mountain gorillas for an hour taking pictures and watching the behavior of mountain gorillas.
You will also watch many birds and other primates, later you will hike back to the park’s headquarters for your trekking certificate then head back to your lodge. You may choose to have an evening Batwa experience or opt to relax at your lodge. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge as above.

Day 7. Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to Volcanoes National Park: Enjoy breakfast, followed by a check out of the lodge and meet your safari driver. Thereafter, transfer to Rwanda directly to Volcanoes National Park via Cyanika border. Arrive, check in your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge for Mid-range

Day 8. Golden monkey trekking and visiting the Ibyiwacu Cultural Village
Golden Monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park: After an early breakfast, you will be driven by your safari driver to the park headquarters for a briefing about Golden Monkey trekking together with other tourists that intend to participate in a similar activity.
After briefing, you will then start the journey into the forest to look for the habituated golden monkeys which takes you about 2-3 hours. After spending an hour with golden monkeys, exit the forest and be driven to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
Later in the evening, go out for another cultural experience but this time round to the Ibyiwacu cultural village where you will be introduced to an amazing traditional dance and drama of the local Rwandese and return to your lodge in time for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 9. Drive to Kigali for a city tour
Volcanoes National Park to Kigali city tour: Today, you will start day with a heavy breakfast served at the lodge then check out and drive to Volcanoes National Park direct to Kigali. Upon arrival in Kigali, you will check in at your hotel for lunch then spend the afternoon on a Kigali city tour exploring Genocide memorial sites, markets, shops among others. Day 10. Flight to Nairobi and city tour (Own Booking)
Kigali Rwanda to Nairobi Kenya: Have breakfast followed by check out of the lodge and be driven from your lodge to Kigali International Airport for a flight to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi where you will meet our safari driver that will take you through your safari in Kenya side.

Day 11. Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve: After breakfast, you will set off from Nairobi in the morning and head on a 5-6 hours drive heading to Maasai Mara National Reserve. During your drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, enjoy views of the Rift Valley escarpment as you drive through Kenya’s beautiful highlands. You will have a stopover in Narok town to have a cultural experience of the Maasai culture as you interact with the local community and get to know their traditions and way of life, watch traditional dance performances, see local art and craft work like beaded jewelry in different patterns and colors. Continue a drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve where you will see different wildlife species grazing in the nearby savannah plains as you head to your lodge for check-in as you prepare to have your dinner and to spend the night at Mara Sopa Lodge for Mid-range

Day 12 &13. Full day in Maasai Mara National Reserve
Full day in Maasai Mara National Reserve: You will start this day with a relaxed breakfast served at your lodge as you get ready for your morning game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve.
During your game drive, you will see a vast of wildlife species including the predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs as well as other wildlife species like elephants, buffalos, hartebeest, zebras, antelopes as well as wildebeest which are among the rewardable sights at this destination especially during the time of the wildebeest migration as large concentration of wildebeest move around the savannah plains in search of greener pastures.
Have lunch served at your lodge after your morning game drive and this will be followed with another game drive later in the evening to explore more of the wilderness of Maasai Mara National Reserve which is also renowned for great sightings of the big five which includes elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos. You will drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight for comfortable stay at the lodge as above.

Day 14. Transfer to Serengeti National Park
Maasai Mara National Reserve to Serengeti National Park: Wake up have breakfast at your lodge in Maasai Mara National Reserve and after this, you will check out of your lodge and start a journey to your next destination which is Serengeti National Park. You will be transferred to the Kenya – Tanzania border at Isebania boarder where you will clear with customs. You will then meet another safari driver from Tanzania side who will brief you about the remaining part of your Combined Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will be transferred to Serengeti National Park where you will check into your lodge for dinner and have overnight stay at Central Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp

Day 15 & 16. Full day adventure in Serengeti National Park
Full day in Serengeti National Park: Start the day with breakfast and then your guide will drive you for your morning game-viewing experience in Serengeti National Park during which you will see various wildlife species including; elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, antelopes, impalas, elands many others.
You will visit the retina hippo pool after driving back to your lodge for lunch as you prepare to have an afternoon game drive in the open savannah plains and kopjes where you will see lions as they watch their prey. You will enjoy driving around the national park as you look for wildlife species and watch the sunset on the way to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 17. Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area: After an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park today. Then return to the lodge for breakfast before embarking on your journey to Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch along the way as you drive to Ngorongoro. Upon arrival, go visit Maasai Bomas interact with the locals, and have a game drive as you drive to the lodge. Check, and rest as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Hhando Coffee Lodge

Day 18. Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Flight to Zanzibar
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, and then descend about 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater during your game drive.
During your game adventure in Ngorongoro,expect to explore a high population of wildlife species like elephants, lions, buffalos, rhinos, cheetahs, hippos, antelopes, kudu, zebras, impalas, gazelles many more, on the Ngorongoro crater floor. You will also look out for attractions; Lake Magadi in the crater where you will see flamingos and other bird species on the lake shores.
After lunch, continue to Arusha arriving in time for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon your arrival in Zanzibar, you shall be picked up and be driven to your hotel of stay. Check in, and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Nungwi Dreams by Mantis.
Day 19. Stone Town, Prison Island and Spice Tour
You will also take a private boat from Stone Town to Changuu Island or Prison Island where you will enjoy watching the Giant tortoises as well as enjoying snorkeling. You will take a boat back from Changuu Island back to Stone Town.
You will also be part of a spice tour as you go explore the plantations where you expect to see different exotic spices and also get to know the uses of the spices such as cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg many more. After the spice tour, drive back to your hotel for dinner and to spend the night.

Day 20. Day at Leisure
On this day, you will enjoy leisure with warm relaxation at the white sand beaches of Zanzibar Island while enjoying spectacular views of the Indian Ocean at your resort of stay. Meals and overnight stay as above.
