The 3 Days Uganda Ngamba Chimpanzee holiday tour is a short holiday tour package that takes you to Ngamba Island found on Lake Victoria where you will find orphanage Chimpanzees with extraordinary love on this attractive island.
Ngamba Island was created in 1998 on Lake Victoria with the main goal and aim to take care of orphaned Chimpanzees especially those which were rescued from wild encroachers and poachers. Ngamba Island is home to more than 52 chimpanzees of which 52 of them are orphaned chimpanzees and the 3 are lucky ones to be born at the Island. Amongst the 52 ,31 are female and 21 are males. Ngamba Island can be reached by speed boat.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Ngamba Island
Transfer to Ngamba Island: On the day one of the 3 days Uganda Ngambi tour our tour guide will either pick you up from Entebbe Airport or Hotel in Entebbe in the morning, briefs you about the 3 days Uganda Ngamba Chimpanzee holiday tour and then be transferred to Ngamba Island on a motor boat, it will take you around 45 minutes to access the Island. Upon arrival, go watch them inside the fence on how they feed, play and you can also take part in feeding them. Have your lunch at the restaurant and later in the afternoon visit the Island and get encountered in many stunning attractions. Dinner and Overnight stay at the tented Camp on the Island.
Day 2: Forest walk and Chimpanzee trekking
Forest walk: On the 2nd day of the 3 days Uganda Ngambi tour our tour, after morning breakfast, make sure your body is in good health before you embark for the forest walk in search for chimpanzee individuals. It is an exciting experience as you will be able to watch them as they play around, hold your hand or even climb you which makes them interesting.
Ngamba forest walk is limited to few number of people at a time. Walk back and have lunch at the restaurant and relax.
Sunset boat cruise: Later on, you will go to enjoy the sunset boat cruise on Lake Victoria which estimates 1 hour. You will be rewarded with great sights around the lake such as various species of birds, scenic land-forms, fishing ground as well as watching the sun as it goes down. Return back to the Island. Have dinner and an overnight at the tented Camp.
Day 3: Transfer back to main Land-Entebbe
Transfer back to the main land: After having your aroma tea /coffee, head back to Entebbe on speedboat, along your way you can request for a stopover at the equator especially to those who knowns how to swim, can have a great time to swim at the equator and be able to have a chance to take photos as many as possible for their remembrance. After, proceed to the mainland where you will meet your driver guide and drives you back to the Airport for your flight departure or be dropped to your hotel in Entebbe.
