Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls national park

Pick Up & Briefing: You will be picked up by your tour guide who will meet you and brief you about your 5 Days Uganda Wildlife & Chimpanzee Trekking Tour.
Rhino Trekking: After the briefing, you will be driven out of the city to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will get a rhino trekking experience.
Transfer to Murchison: After the rhino experience, you will be driven to Murchison falls national park for check-in at your lodge for dinner and overnight at Pakuba lodge.

Day 2: Murchison morning game drive and evening boat cruise

Game Drive: On the 2nd day of your trip, you will have a morning breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for your morning game drive. During the morning game drive, you will see a variety of wildlife species and many bird species. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge to relax as you get ready for the next activity.
Boat Cruise: You will proceed for an evening boat cruise along the Victoria Nile where you will see a variety of bird species and wildlife grazing near the shores and many hippos in the water as you watch the beautiful sunset. After the boat cruise, you will be driven o your lodge for dinner and overnight at Pakuba lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to kibale national park

Transfer to Kibale: You will have morning breakfast at your lodge before checking out and driving out of Murchison falls national park as you enjoy views of wildlife species and the scenery. You will proceed to Kibale national park where you will have a stopover for lunch in the fort portal and also visit the crater lakes. After the crater lake visit, you will proceed to check in your lodge for dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge.

Day 4; Chimpanzee tracking

Chimpanzee Trekking: You will have an early morning breakfast at your lodge ahead of the chimpanzee trekking activity. On arrival at the park headquarters, you will be briefed by the rangers about the chimpanzee trekking activity after which you will proceed into the kibale forest in search of the chimpanzees. During the chimpanzee trekking activity, you will see a variety of butterflies, bird species in the forest and chimpanzees as well as other primates such as black and white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys swinging in the branches as they search for food and groom each other. After chimpanzee tracking, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge.

Day 5: Departure

Departure: You will wake up for morning breakfast at your lodge and then check out as you prepare for your journey back to Kampala City which will mark the end of your 5 Days Uganda Wildlife & Chimpanzee Trekking Tour and you will be dropped off at your preferred location by your guide.
