Detailed Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Kampala to Kitgum
Day 1 of the 6 days Uganda Safari you will set off from Kampala at 8am and you will head to northern Uganda to Kidepo National Park. This is a long journey and on this first day of your safari you will travel up to Kitgum district when you will have a sleepover.
You will arrive in Kitgum in the evening, you will check into your accommodation have dinner and a night rest.
Day 2: Kidepo National Park
Day 2 of the 6 Days Kidepo, Aruu Falls & Murchison Wildlife Safari, you will be up early have breakfast and after breakfast, you will head to Kidepo National park where you will arrive in the late mid-morning.
In Kidepo, you will check into your accommodation, have lunch and after lunch you will head out to the park for an afternoon game to see the different animals that live in this park.
The game drive will end in the evening and you will head back to your accommodation for dinner and a night rest
Day 3: Kidepo National Park and Kitgum
Day 3 of the 6 Days Kidepo, Aruu Falls & Murchison Wildlife Safari, you will be up early have breakfast and then head out to the park for a morning game drive that will go on till the min-morning.
After the game drive you will head back to you accommodation for lunch and after lunch you will check out of your and head to Kitgum where you will spend a night.
You will be in Kitgum in the evening, check into your accommodation, have dinner and a night rest.
Day 4: Aruu Falls and Gulu
Day 4 of the 6 Days Uganda Safari, you will be up early, have breakfast and after breakfast, check out of your accommodation to head to the Aruu falls.
You will be at the Aruu falls in the mid-morning and you will take a tour of the falls, crowning it with a picnic lunch on one of the rocks.
This experience will go on till the afternoon and after this experience you will head to Gulu district where you will spend a night.
In Gulu you will check into your accommodation, have dinner and a night rest.
Day 5: Murchison falls National Park
Day 5 of the 6 days Uganda Safari, you will be up early, have breakfast and after breakfast you will head to Murchison falls National Park where you will arrive just before lunch time.
At Murchison falls National park, you will check into your accommodation, have lunch and after lunch you will head to the Nile River for boat ride down the river flow.
The boat ride will take up most of the afternoon, and after you will head back to your accommodation, where you will have dinner and a night rest.
Day 6: Murchison falls National Park and Back to Kampala
Day 6 of the 6 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari, which will be the final day of your safari, you will be up by 6am, have a quick snack and then head out to the park for a morning game drive to see the different animals park.
The game drive will go on until the mid-morning and after you will head back to your accommodation where you will have brunch and after check out of the accommodation to embark on your journey to Kampala.
You will be in Kampala in the evening and the guide will drop you at a location of your choice in Kampala or Entebbe.
