7 Days Uganda Safari Tour is a one-week Safaris Uganda package that gives travelers a chance to explore and visit the premium national parks in Uganda. Your visit to Uganda which is the pearl of Africa will engage you in exploring different national parks such as Murchison falls national park, Kibale national park, Queen Elizabeth national park, and Lake Mburo national park. You will engage in a number of activities such as game drives, boat cruises, a visit to the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, chimpanzee trekking and a visit to the equator.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison via Ziwa sanctuary
- Transfer to Murchison Falls: You will be met by your guide who will welcome you and brief you about the details of your trip to Uganda. After the briefing, you will be driven to Murchison falls national park.
- Rhino Trekking Experience: You will have a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for an experience with the endangered rhino species. You will proceed to Masindi where you will have lunch and continue to the national park for dinner and overnight at Pakuba lodge.
Day 2: Game drive and evening boat cruise
- Morning Game Drive: You will have an early morning breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for your morning game drive in Murchison falls national park where you will see a variety of wildlife species such as elephants, lions, giraffes, hartebeest, waterbucks, warthogs, oribis, buffalo, leopard, duikers, and many others.
- Boat Cruise: After the game drive, you will return for lunch and refreshments at your lodge and then relax as you wait for the next activity of an evening boat cruise in Murchison. During the evening boat cruise along the Victoria Nile, you will see a variety of bird species and wildlife grazing along the shores and hippos and crocodiles in the water. You will also see the Murchison falls at a distance as you enjoy the beautiful sunset along the Nile. You will continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Pakuba lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale national park
- Transfer to Kibale National Park: On the 3rd day of your trip, you will have an early morning breakfast at your lodge and then check out of the lodge. You will have an enroute game drive as you leave Murchison falls national park and head to Kibale National Park.
- Crater Lakes Tour: You will have a stopover in Fort portal where you will have lunch and also visit the crater lakes. After lunch, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge.
Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking
- Chimpanzee Trekking Experience: You will wake up for early morning breakfast as you prepare for your chimpanzee tracking activity. Your guide will drive you to the park headquarters for briefing. After the briefing, you will proceed into the Kibale forest as you search for the chimpanzees in their natural habitat where you will also see a variety of bird species and primate species such as black and white colobus monkeys, l’hoest monkeys, red tailed monkeys, and many others. You will return to the briefing point where you will meet your guide and proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge.
Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Transfer to Queen: You will have an early morning breakfast at your lodge in Kibale National Park and then check out of the lodge. After checking out, you will be driven to Queen Elizabeth national park where you will check-in at your lodge.
- Boat Cruise: You will have an evening boat cruise on the kazinga channel where you will see a number of wildlife species such as hippos and Nile crocodiles in the water as well as many birds such as cormorants near the fishing boats. After the evening boat cruise, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge.
Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park
- Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park: You will have an early morning breakfast at your lodge and then check out of the lodge. After checking out of the lodge, you will proceed to Lake Mburo national park where you will have an enroute game drive and then check-in at your lodge, have lunch and spend time at your lodge as you relax and wait for the next activity.
- Night Game Drive: Later in the evening, you will have a night game drive in Lake Mburo National Park where you will see the nocturnal wildlife species in the national park such as hyenas, jackals, mongoose, porcupines, jackals, serval cats, and leopards. You will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Mihingo lodge.
Day 7: Departure
- Return to Kampala: You will have an early breakfast at your lodge before checking out of the lodge. After checking out, you will drive to Kampala with a brief stopover at the equator where you will visit the craft shops and see local arts and crafts and interact with the local community. You will continue to Kampala where your guide will drop you off at your preferred location in Kampala which will mark the end of your 7 days’ trip to Uganda.
