Chimpanzee trekking is done all through the year on any day and chimpanzee trekking permits cost 200 USD per a permit per a trek.

Unlike chimpanzee trekking, chimpanzee habituation is not done daily so you have to first inquire when the process will take place and you have to book you habituation permit way in advance because of the limited slots.
The Kibale rainforest is home to over 200 bird species that you can see on a birding spree through the forest. Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is a swamp south of Kibale National park and a habitat for over 300 bird species that are always roaming back and forth between the swamp and the kibale forest. Tour through this swamp is an amazing experience that offers you a front row seat to bird watching as you enjoy beautiful sceneries of the swamp and the surrounding area.
