Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls

Transfer to Murchison: You will be picked up from an agreed location in Kampala or Entebbe by our driver-guide. He will brief you on our 10 Days Uganda tour before we depart to Murchison falls national park.
Rhino Trekking: It takes you around 5 hours from Kampala with a stopover at Ziwa for Rhino Trekking. After Rhino trekking we continue with our drive to Masindi town where we have our lunch break. After lunch proceeds to Murchison falls National park through Kichumbanyobo gate. Check in our lodge for relaxing and dining.

Day 2: Game drive and boat cruise

Game Drive: Start your day 2 of 10 Days Uganda tour with morning breakfast then go for a game drive where you will spot various animal species like elephants, giraffes, lions, Uganda kobs among others.
Boat Cruise: In the afternoon you will go for a launch cruise on the park’s main tourist attraction the unique Murchison Falls where the Nile squeezes its self in the narrow gorge of 7 meters wide with thunderous falls called the Devils corridor. You will see more aquatic animals like a hippo and serried ranges of crocodile along the sandbanks, as well as large number s of different species getting down to drink water & cool themselves. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest

Transfer to Kibale: You will have breakfast then drive to Kibale. Have lunch enroute and proceed to Kibale National Park our second destination in our 10 Days Uganda Safari. We will be arriving late afternoon with a lunch break in Fort Portal. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi swamp walk

Chimpanzee Trekking: Take early morning breakfast before your driver-guide will take you to the park headquarters for briefing. After the briefing, you will enter the forest for the activity of the day chimpanzee trekking. You will enjoy the primate capital of the world that habits over 10 primate species with more than 300 bird species and a variety of tree species. After trekking, you will return to our lodge for refreshments and lunch.
Bigodi Swamp Walk: In the afternoon go for Bigodi swamp walk the rich home of birds and other primates. The swamp walk is worth a visit for the missed primates in the forest, you have a chance to see more birds, butterflies, dragonflies, and others. After return back to our lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Transfer to Queen: After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth national park with a clear view of Mt Rwenzori in the clear morning as we head to one of the most famous national parks in Uganda. The drive takes two to three hours, we will have enroute game drive at Kasenyi to explore the park on a game drive in search of the big cats like lions, leopards and spot other animals including Elephants, Kobs, Antelopes, Buffaloes, Warthogs, Hyenas, oribis and many more at Kasenyi sector. After the game drive, we check in our lodge for some refreshments and late lunch. In the evening we can have a community walk or visit the crater lakes or salt mining sector in Katwe. Dinner and overnight the lodge

Day 6: Game Drive and Launch Cruise

Game Drive: Have an early breakfast before we go for a morning game drive in search for what we missed during yesterday’s game drive. We explore all corners of the Kasenyi sector so as to spot various animals like the elephants, Uganda kobs, leopards among others. Return to the lodge for early lunch.
Kazinga Channel Launch Cruise: After lunch, we go for a launch cruise on the Kazinga channel where you will spot various wildlife like Hippos, crocodiles and other animals along the channel banks when they are colling themselves like Elephants, Buffaloes not forgetting hundreds of water birds. Return back to our lodge for Dinner and overnight

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi

Transfer to Bwindi: After having breakfast, you will set off for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park passing via the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park home of tree climbing lions. We have a great rare experience with our game drive. There are also other animals like topis, hartebeest, kobs, hyenas, leopards and many more. You will have lunch en-route as we continue to Bwindi reaching late afternoon. Check in our lodge for rest and refreshments.
Batwa Trail Experience: If you arrive at the lodge early, there are a number of optional activities you can undertake including visiting the Batwa people or a village walks.

Day 8: Gorilla trekking

Gorilla Trekking: You will have an early morning breakfast before taking a drive to the park headquarters for briefing. This is the highlight of our 10 Days Uganda Safari, the guests will be divided into groups of 8 people and each group will be allocated, one gorilla family. You will be lead by the ranger and enter the impenetrable forest for your gorilla trekking adventure. This could take 4-8 hours depending on the movements of the gorillas. After Gorilla trekking, you will return to the starting point for your gorilla trekking certificate and return to the lodge. We have evening optional activities available always at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo

Transfer to Lake Mburo: Have breakfast before we transfer to Lake Mburo national park. Passing through the Kigesi highland commonly known as the Switzerland of Africa. We will have a stopover in Mbarara town for lunch arriving at Lake Mburo late afternoon/early evening.
Cycling: We can have warm-up mountain bike safari, nature walk or horse ride at the park. Dinner and overnight

Day 10: Game drive and departure

Game Drive: You will enjoy an early morning game drive and transfer to Kampala after. Lake Mburo National Park is home to herds of Impala, as well as the more uncommon Topi, Eland, and Klipspringer. Burchell’s Zebra and buffalo also graze the area together with the newly introduced Giraffes.
Return to Kampala: After a game drive, we drive back to Kampala with a brief stop at the Equator for pictures then continue.
