Apoka Rest Camp
Apoka Rest Camp: It’s a budget accommodation facilities located near Narus Valley close to the viewing point of wildlife which can be viewed while seated at the veranda of your rest camp.
Apoka Rest camp is somehow similar to a hostel that offers 16 self- contained chalets with bathroom and toilets. The camp has beds that vary depending on single or double. They also offer cheaper bandas over 14 in number that are non-self-contained, toilets and bathrooms and can be reached outside the bandas. Accommodation rates are friendly for budget travelers depending on your choice of stay.
However, visitors are recommended to carry their own food and drinks depending on the days they are to stay in the park, simply because the camps do not cater meals and drinks. Cooking preparations can be arranged by the camp staff for you at a small cost and for any additional diet might be needed. Apoka Safari Lodge

Kidepo Savannah Lodge
Kidepo Savannah Lodge is a mid-range facility located 33 kilometers at the edge of Kidepo Valley National Park few meters away from Kalokudo gate. The lodge was built in the midst of savannah grasslands, rocky outcrops, the diversity of wildlife and the Karamojong people.
The lodge is built on the throw of the park, offering great views of endless Narus valley and the distant views of Mount Morungole ranges while bordering southern Sudan which can be accessed without park entry fees while at Lodges in Kidepo Valley National Park.

This camp is a mid-range lodge positioned outside of the park’s boundary – Kidepo Valley national park with overlooking the Narus river valley a place to see large groups of animals and other wildlife species linking for water. The place provides cool relaxation while viewing wildlife and some animals to be sighted here are buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, ostriches, cheetahs, waterbucks and others. And after any activity of the day, the lodge has a fireplace where you can gather with other visitors make stories of what you saw on any activities you carried out and stare into the African night sky like never before as you listen to the lion’s roar, yelping jackals and laughing hynes close to your stay ‘’camp’ ’But the area is secure and safe.
The camp has five comfortable and spacious room, all with en-suite bathrooms and veranda overlooking one of the spotting areas for the animal ‘’Narus valley. The rooms are nice to sleep in because they have both warm and cold showers. There is also power provided through solar panels. The restaurant and bars are good places to visit.
