Student Group-East African Citizen is entitled to pay UGX5,000.

University or tertiary institutions – East African citizens pay UGX5,000 as entry fees to Murchison Falls national park.

4X4Wheel safari vehicle –Foreign resident is entitled to pay USD15 and UGX20,000 as entry fees to the park.

Annual park entrance fees are based only two statuses the foreign resident and East African members where they can choose to pay their annual entry fees to ease their travel to the park –Murchison Falls.
Foreign resident –individual entitled to pay USD350, UGX150,000 for East African Citizens as annual entry fees to Murchison Falls national park.
Couple –foreign resident is entitled to pay USD500 and UGX200,000 for East African Citizens as annual entry fees to the park.
Family with maximum of four children is to pay USD700 and UGX300,000 for East African Citizens as annual entry fees to Murchison Falls national park.
Safari Guide –East African members entitled to pay UGX100,000 as annual fees.

A day entrance ticket is valid within twenty-four hours from the time of entrance.
More time spent in the park after 24 hours, you will be charged as an extra day.
Children are persons aged between 5 -15 years.
Children below 5 years are exempt.
Note, entrance fees are independent of package activities done in the park such as Game drive, guided nature walk, sport fishing, birding, chimpanzee tracking Budongo forest, hot air balloon among others.

Best time to visit
The cost of safari also depends on the seasonality in which you travel.
